Today, we’re announcing a major change in how we handle customer support. — Due to the growth of our Jump Start customer base over our ThemeForest customer base, the support forums have become much less efficient recently and harder for us to manage on our servers. On July 1, 2016, we’ll be closing the forums from new replies, and will be handling all future support requests through a new private, email ticket system.

ThemeForest Customers

With recent changes in the way Envato handles support licenses and changes to their API, it’s made our support system work much less smoothly and more confusing to customers. So, moving forward, we’re going to be handling all support for our ThemeForest customers through ThemeForest.net.

To get support for a product you’ve purchased from us on ThemeForest, go the the item on ThemeForest.net, and click the “Support” tab. Here, there will be a button to submit a support request to us.

Note: Remember that in order to receive customer support, you must have a valid support license for your ThemeForest purchase.
